If there is a payment dispute on your order, it will not ship until the dispute is withdrawn and the funds are released by your bank.
Once the order status changes from “Processing” to “Shipped” or “Completed” it means a shipping label has been purchased in anticipation of a future shipping and fulfilment date. It does not always mean the order has shipped. To determine if an order has shipped, view the tracking history and see if the item has been accepted by the shipping courier.
