When is my payment method charged for preorders?
At this time payment for preorders is charged immediately at checkout. This allows us to reserve your items, especially for ones in high demand.

What happens when my orders has preorder or backordered items?
An order will ship when all items in the order are available. Please note any difference in release date or waves, when adding items to a single order. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please split up instock items from preorder or backorder items into another order.

Can I cancel my preorder?
By placing a preorder you are making a commitment to purchase. We do not accept cancellations on preorder products, as we have reserved these products for you, such that they were not available for sale to anyone else during the preorder period. Based on your order we place orders with our supplier to ensure items will be available for your preorder. If for any reason a cancellation is made, a 5-25% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover expenses such as payment processing fees, exchange fees, restocking, administration charges, etc..

What if I change my address?
Please notify us if you can no longer receive orders at the shipping address you provided at checkout. While in most instances, we cannot change your address once an order is placed due to fraud risk. You may need to place a new order or be rebilled.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe is our preferred payment processor, it accepts all major Credit and Debit cards, and wallets (Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, MasterPass, Visa Checkout).

PayPal may be available, depending on your location. You may not need a PayPal account to use this method, it will process payment from your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account if you have one.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD), however, Canadian buyers have the option to view prices and pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

My payment failed, what should I do?
Most of the time, when this happens, the card or bank you are using does not support Stripe’s 3D Secure authentication. We recommend using a different payment card, ideally from a different issuing bank. If you are using a debit card, try using a credit card and vice versa. If you have issues use the contact us page to send us a message and we will look into it.

Why was my payment declined?
There are many reasons why a payment may be declined such as insufficient funds, unusual activity, failure to authenticate (see question above). Sometimes the billing details does not match the information and format on record with your bank. If your payment does not succeed the first time, double check your billing information and try checking out again.

How long are items in my cart reserved for?
Products in your cart are not reserved until checkout has been completed or payment is received.

What language are the cards in?
All products and cards are in English unless otherwise stated.

How many cards do booster packs come with?
Most standard English booster packs for the North American market contain 10 cards unless otherwise stated.
