Returns
Like many hobby and game stores and big-box such as Walmart, Target, GameStop stores, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any sealed product or trading cards. If there is an issue or mistake with your order please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it.
All of our items come directly from authorized Pokemon, MetaZoo, My Hero Academia distributors in factory sealed cases.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 3-6% fee to cover payment processing fees. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped or marked completed. In some instances, an additional cancellation fee up to 25% may be charged to cover restock, administrative, or related expenses relating to your order. Any other related expenses incurred as a result such as payment dispute fees ($15), etc., will be deducted from the refund amount or rebilled to the buyer. All orders with a dispute or chargeback will not ship unless the dispute is withdrawn by contacting your bank or credit card company. These fees allow us to provide competitive prices to our customers, and prevent abuse of preorders and cancellations from individuals.
Product Condition
All products are in new or factory condition. They are inspected to ensure packs/cards have not experienced any damage beyond cosmetic imperfections. No guarantees are made that the sealed product(s) you receive will be completely free of any cosmetic imperfections.
Sometimes there may be minor factory defects in product packaging for Pokemon TCG products, such as but not limited to:
- Minor tears/holes in plastic shrink wrap,
- Specifically relating to Pokemon Sealed Booster Boxes, it is fairly common for powder on the Pokeball logos to transfer off on contact,
- Cosmetic imperfections such as dings to the corners or creases on the packaging of sealed products
- Imperfections on product packaging
These are ongoing issues with some Pokemon TCG products. These are not instances do not constitute as damaged product or not as described and do not qualify for a refund.
Any manufacturing issues or errors should be addressed directly with Pokémon by opening a support ticket at www.pokemon.com or their respective manufacturers.
If you collect sealed products, leave a shipping note at checkout and we’ll do our best to select products without defects. Also let us know if want additional protection for your item, otherwise, we will assume all items are bought for opening. Additional charges may apply.
With that being said if there are issues with your order (other than the types of factory cosmetic defects mentioned above), please contact us with pictures if possible and we’ll try our best to make it right!
