We ship worldwide from both Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Niagara Falls, New York for US-bound orders. Through multiple shipping couriers, we offer fast and economical shipping services to suit your needs. Most of our orders are shipped with USPS or UPS, especially for larger orders.
Tracking and Signature
All orders over $50 will require a shipping method with tracking. All orders with a total cost over $750, including the cost of shipping will require signature confirmation if checking out with PayPal. Please select a shipping method that includes tracking or additional charges may be added to your order to cover the cost of these services.
Processing and Fulfilment time
Orders (without backordered or preorder items) are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-5 business days from when payment is received. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship. You will receive an automated shipping email with a tracking number if applicable. During new product release periods, shipping times may be longer due to the high volume of orders. At times there may be delays due to payment holds, further verification, or other issues. We reserve the right to review and modify any orders at our discretion.
Backorders
Purchases on backorder will be filled as soon as possible, once the products have arrived.
Preorders
Items on preorder will be fulfilled beginning on the North American release date or the day prior, local customers may receive orders on the day of the release. In rare instances, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control such as shipping delays, manufacturer or product delays, peak holiday shipping delays, covid-related restrictions and measures, etc. At this time payment for preorders is charged immediately at checkout. Once a preorder is placed it cannot be cancelled, as our orders have been placed with the distributor to ensure your items are reserved and available for your order.
Product release delays. product allocations, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors out of our control are not valid reasons to cancel your order.
When placing a preorder, consider if you will be at the current address after the product releases. If you can no longer receive a preorder at the shipping address you provided at checkout, please contact us if you have permanently moved. Due to fraud risk, we may not be able to change your address once an order is placed. You may need to place a new order or be rebilled.
Orders with preorder or backordered items
Orders will ship when all items in the order are available. For example, orders with preordered items or backordered items will not ship until all items in the order are available. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please split up instock items into another order.

All services listed above include tracking. Transit times listed above are from the time of acceptance by the courier. Please allow extra time for transit during the end-of-year Holiday season.
For orders outside of North America, there are often delays with customs clearing, which can be days or weeks. Additional duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and this is your responsibility to research and pay for any additional costs. Orders to Europe commonly face customs delays. Please provide any tax information like IOSS, EIN, VAT, etc in the order instructions at the bottom of the checkout page.

Canadian orders:
All Canadian shipping options are as posted and will be shipped from Canada.
United States bound orders:
All Standard Shipping US-bound orders will be shipped by USPS (Parcel Select or Priority Mail) or UPS (Standard). Simply select the cheapest option available at checkout. If you would like express shipping please select one of the express options listed at checkout. There should not be any additional taxes or duties for orders with a total under $800 USD as per USMCA agreement.

For Standard Shipping (PostNL Tracked Packet) select the cheapest option. It will take 15-45 business days for transit, customs clearance may cause delays. Otherwise, select Tracked Packet International, we will ship via UPS Expedited instead (3-7 Business Days). If you would like express shipping, select one of the express options listed at checkout.
